Do I Have It in Me

I strive not to judge
Lest I’m judged by others
I follow my own path
I try to have my morality
A code of ethics I maintain
I’m the mistress of my domain
I keep my own name
Not falling to jealousy
Not succumbing to greed
In that evil seed
I strive to be good
As I always should
Yet this not so easy
When you are made
From flesh and blood
Human at heart
With weakness and pride
This a human side
